  • Sie rüsten, richten und bedienen CNC-Drehmaschinen sowie Bearbeitungszentren selbstständig.
  • Die Fertigung von Werkstücken nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen gehört zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sie überwachen die Fertigungsprozesse und führen Qualitätsprüfungen zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Standards durch.
  • Die Dokumentation von Fertigungsaufträgen sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben stellen Sie jederzeit sicher.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen sowie idealerweise in der Arbeit mit Bearbeitungszentren bringen Sie mit.
  • Das sichere Lesen technischer Zeichnungen sowie der routinierte Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Kenntnisse der CNC-Steuerungen Mazatrol SmoothG, Mazatrol M Plus und FANUC sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
