Aufgaben:

  • CNC-Bearbeitung von Großbauteilen in der Einzelteilfertigung (bis zu 25 to. / bis zu 6 x 2,5 mtr.)
  • Eigenständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Führen von CNC-Bohrwerken auf Grundlage technischer Zeichnungen, bestehender Arbeitspläne und bereits bestehender CNC-Programme
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Maschinenlaufes unter Einhaltung der Vorgabezeiten / Einhaltung der bestehenden Qualitätsvorgaben mittels gängiger Prüfmittel (Werkerselbstkontrolle)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker Fachrichtung „Fräsen“ bzw. Bohrwerker
  • Adäquate Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung, Rüstung und Programmierung von CNC- Bohrwerken
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung „Heidenhain“ wären von Vorteil
  • Kompetenz im Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität/Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Mehrarbeit
