## Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir CNC-Zerspanungsmechaniker Portalfräsmaschine (m/w/d)

Wer sind wir:

  • Wir - die Boehm Group GmbH – sind PRÄZISE - VIELFÄLTIG - INDIVIDUELL.
  • Mit Sitz im südthüringischen Zella-Mehlis sind wir der Systemlieferant im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Unsere Kernkompetenzen sind elektrische und mechanische Montagen, CNC-Bearbeitung, Blechbearbeitung, Stahlbau und Schaltschrankbau. Zusammen mit unserer Jahrzehnten langen Erfahrung, sind wir ein strategischer All-in-One-Partner mit ca. 170 Mitarbeitern an 2 Standorten.

Was wir erwarten:

  • Selbständiges Bedienen und Führen einer Portalfräsmaschine (Matec 30P)
  • Eigenständiges Rüsten der Maschine
  • Erstellen, Einfahren und Optimieren von NC-Programmen
  • Programmierung und Bearbeitung mit Bosch OSA3
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen und Programmen
  • Pflege und Wartung der Maschine nach Wartungsplänen
  • Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit DIN-Programmierung
  • Sicheres Arbeiten an CNC-Fräsmaschinen oder Portalfräsmaschinen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur im max. 2-Schicht-System
