Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten und Bedienen: Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von modernen CNC-gesteuerten Dreh- oder Fräsmaschinen (Doosan, DMG, Haas).
  • Programmierung: Anpassen, Optimieren und teils Neuerstellen von CNC-Programmen /Siemens
  • Fertigung: Produktion von präzisen Bauteilen in Serienfertigung nach technischen Zeichnungen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Laufende Prüfung der Werkstücke mit gängigen Messmitteln zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
  • Wartung: Durchführung von kleineren Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Anlagen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC-Fachkraft, Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung (Drehen oder Fräsen) sowie sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Steuerungskenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit mindestens einer gängigen CNC-Steuerung / Siemens
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Präzision, Zuverlässigkeit
