Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Commercial, Global Medical Training, Compliance, Medical Operations, and other key business functions to deliver strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
Develop presentations, meeting summaries, and leadership communications to support decision-making, project execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Support Field Medical Capability and Operational Excellence initiatives through process improvement, change management, and the implementation of scalable best practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance activities by coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and providing ongoing project communications.
