Responsable Adjoint(e) des Stocks (Back of House) – NIKE

- En tant que Responsable Adjoint(e) des Stocks , vous êtes le moteur opérationnel du Back of House et garantissez une disponibilité produit optimale pour offrir une expérience consommateur premium.
Votre impact
Piloter les flux entrants et sortants avec un objectif de 100% de conformité des livraisons .
Garantir la fiabilité des stocks et réduire les stocks négatifs.
Optimiser la disponibilité produit et le taux de réassort pour soutenir la performance commerciale.
Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs magasin (CA, UPT, conversion) grâce à une gestion stock irréprochable.
Assurer la mise en place des lancements produits et transitions saisonnières dans les délais.
Analyser les KPI (rotation, shrinkage, écarts d’inventaire) et mettre en place des plans d’action concrets.
Votre profil
Expérience confirmée en gestion de stocks retail, idéalement sport ou environnement premium.
Leadership terrain, capacité à encadrer et à fédérer une équipe.
Culture du résultat, rigueur et forte orientation performance.
Maîtrise des outils digitaux et lecture des indicateurs de performance.
