Über uns
- acrip Arbeitsvermittlung + Coaching ist seit 2015 als ein nach AZAV zugelassener Bildungsträger tätig.
- Wir unterstützen Menschen im Rahmen individueller Einzelcoachings dabei, eine passende berufliche Tätigkeit zu finden.
Unser Fokus liegt auf persönlicher, praxisnaher und nachhaltiger Unterstützung mit dem Ziel einer erfolgreichen Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung von AZAV-Einzelcoachings
- Analyse der persönlichen und beruflichen Ausgangssituation
- Entwicklung individueller Integrations- und Bewerbungsstrategien
- Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsunterlagen und Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Motivation und Stabilisierung der Teilnehmenden
- Dokumentation nach AZAV-Vorgaben
Ihr Profil
- Nachweis der pädagogisch-didaktischen Eignung
- Erfahrung in der Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung von Erwachsenen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Einzelcoaching / AZAV
- Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Akademikern sowie Fach- und Führungskräften
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
(Bei entsprechender Eignung sind auch Bewerber/innen (m/w/d) aus angrenzenden Bereichen, z. B. dem Personalmanagement, willkommen.)
