Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Cisco Unified Communications (UC) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) including call routing, media resources, and voice services.
  • Manage and support voice protocols including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot Cisco UC solutions including CUC (Unity Connection), UCCX, CVP, Voice Gateways, and CUBE.
  • Perform real-time troubleshooting of voice call failures, call quality issues, signaling problems, and gateway-related incidents.
  • Analyze and interpret logs, traces, debugs, and packet captures across UC products, Voice Gateways, and CUBE.
  • Configure and support PRI (T1/E1), FXO/FXS interfaces, CME, and CUE environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Hunt Groups, Call Pickups, Voicemail Services, Auto Attendant, and B-ACD solutions.
  • Support Cisco Jabber and Mobile & Remote Access (MRA) environments.
  • Handle and lead critical P1/P2 incidents, bridge calls, and WebEx troubleshooting sessions.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and support teams during service outages and major incidents.
  • Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide corrective and preventive action recommendations.
  • Participate in 24x7 operations support and rotational shift coverage.
