Job Description:

- Date de début : 30.11.2026

- Amplitude horaires : Lundi au dimanche / Jours fériés entre 07:00 – 24:00 heures

- Taux d’occupation : 100%

- Critères linguistiques (parlé/écrit dans l’idéal) : Français et Italien obligatoire et Anglais/Allemand sont un plus

Ci-dessous le profil recherché :

Responsabilités :

- Réceptionner les appels entrants des clients et assurer un service de qualité

- Conseiller, renseigner et guider les clients sur leurs produits et prestations

- Proposer, expliquer et vendre les dernières nouveautés aux clients

- Identifier la cause du problème dans l'utilisation des différents services et proposer la solution appropriée
