We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our team!

How You’ll Shine

• •High volume outbound calls to negotiate, service, and collect on portfolio accounts.
• •Deliver outstanding customer service to maximize satisfaction and mitigate complaints or escalations.
• •Provide accurate advice on products, services, and accounts.
• •Maximize recovery of arrears to ensure targets are consistently met.
• •Work toward solutions with customers through empathy and negotiation.
• •Make sound decisions based on customer’s ability and willingness to pay, aligned with legislative and policy guidelines.
• •Implement timely resolutions for delinquent or irregular accounts.
• •Maintain accurate records in collections and servicing systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• •Follow up on accounts to ensure payment plans are fulfilled.
• •Comply with regulations by completing required training and testing.
• •Contribute proactively in team meetings to improve collections and recovery strategies.
• •Achieve KPIs and targets on both individual and departmental levels.
• •Perform account administration and other duties as required.
