• Your role and responsibilities
• Reporting to the Cluster Credit Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to drive timely collections, resolve disputes, and support healthy cash flow outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the Order-to-Cash process across a portfolio of accounts.
• •Drive collections activities and follow up outstanding invoices.
• •Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and payment issues.
• •Negotiate payment arrangements and improve debt recovery outcomes.
• •Maintain collection worklists and prioritise activities effectively.
• •Handle customer queries, remittance advice, and invoice requests.
• •Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate record keeping.
• •Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• •Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise cash flow.
• •Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.

Qualifications for the role

• •Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or an Order-to-Cash environment.
• •Proven success managing high-volume collections in a corporate setting.
• •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve disputes and drive outcomes.
• •Customer-focused with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• •Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
• •Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• •SAP experience highly regarded.
• •Exposure to CFIN or other modern collections platforms is advantageous.
• •Self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
