Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •High school diploma required, college education preferred
• •Customer service or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• •Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• •Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities will include:

• •Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issues
• •Telephone, email, and in person communication with various levels of internal employees from our field offices to executive management
• •Understanding and analyzing shipping documents
• •Research and problem resolution of customer invoice issues
• •Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes
• •Interaction with the customer via phone calls, email, web portals, and EDI connections

Nice to Have:

• •3-5 years of relevant office experience we prefer corporate collections if possible.
• •Can work independently
• •Likes problem solving and digging into issues and fixing the route cause
• •Personable-more customer service then aggressive collections
• •Comfortable interactive with executives of the company.
• •Efficient in Microsoft excel
