Responsabilidades:
- Gestión de la relación con el cliente.
- Promover la venta de soluciones con arquitectos, consultores u otras partes interesadas para garantizar que nuestras soluciones satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes.
- Crear y comunicar oportunidades de venta a todo el equipo de ventas (venta cruzada).
- Crear y mantener datos en el CRM.
- Generar contactos, oportunidades, pedidos y contratos.
- Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y diseñar soluciones para satisfacerlas, colaborando con el equipo de ingeniería.
- Ser responsable del proyecto hasta que se reserve el pedido.
- Recopilar información relevante sobre el mercado y la competencia.
- Elaboración de informes.
