- Assist in managing the closeout process, including coordination through owner/architect and facilities-team acceptance
- Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project, anticipating issues before they affect patient care, schedule, or cost
- Assist in developing and tracking method-of-procedure plans for utility shutdowns, tie-ins, energization, and other high-risk activities, including advance approvals, notifications, contingency planning, and post-work verification
- Support coordination with the design team, facility representatives, authorities having jurisdiction, and third-party inspectors to help resolve field conditions, RFIs, inspections, and code-compliance issues promptly
