As a trusted leader in commercial and agricultural construction, we're looking for a motivated Commercial Construction Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting with people, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into reality.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop new business, build long-term client partnerships, and be part of projects that leave a lasting impact on local communities. If you're energized by winning work, solving challenges, and seeing a project evolve from concept to completion, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do:

Generate and develop new commercial construction opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet with customers to understand project goals and building needs

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams

Attend networking events and municipal meetings

Follow up with current and past customers regarding future projects

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of sales, construction, or related experience

Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills

Ability to read blueprints and understand building concepts

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred
