  • Aufgabengebiet
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Forecasts, Budgets und Finanzanalysen für kommerzielle Geschäftsbereiche
  • Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Business Partner für die Bereiche Marketing, Pricing, Sales und Operations
  • Erstellung von Business Cases sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
  • Durchführung von Monatsabschlussanalysen inklusive Budget- und Forecast-Abweichungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Kennzahlen und datengetriebenen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Mitarbeit an der Einführung neuer Analyse- und Planungstools
  • Identifikation von Umsatz- und Profitabilitätspotenzialen sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen gegenüber Management und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfahrung im FP&A, Commercial Finance oder Controlling Umfeld
  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenmengen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Financial Modelling
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Business Partner Mindset
