RLP Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for Commercial HVAC Equipment Installers /Helpers to join our team across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

What You'll Do

• •Install commercial HVAC equipment for new construction and retrofit projects
• •Install and connect RTUs, split systems, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipment
• •Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and equipment installation instructions
• •Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed
• •Perform HVAC piping, connections, and related installation work
• •Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work as needed
• •Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools
• •Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or other confined areas
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• •Work effectively with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades

What We're Looking For

• •2+ years of commercial HVAC equipment installation experience required
• •Hands-on experience installing RTUs, split systems, and chillers
• •Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints and plans
• •Refrigeration installation and/or equipment startup experience is a plus
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• •Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• •Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
• •Comfortable working on rooftops and in various commercial job-site environments
• •Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• •Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the greater DFW area
