Commercial Intelligence Analyst

Role Purpose

Drive commercial decision-making through data strategy, business intelligence, executive reporting, and AI-enabled insights. Partner with RevOps, Commercial Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to establish scalable analytics, automate reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Foundation & Governance

• •Establish data standards, definitions, and quality controls across commercial datasets.
• •Partner with business and technical teams to improve data integrity and accessibility.
• •Support master data management and governance processes.
• •Ensure alignment between Salesforce, ERP, data lake, and reporting environments.

2. Executive Dashboard Development

• •Design and maintain leadership dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• •Develop executive-level reporting for Sales, Commercial Operations, and Leadership Team reviews.
• •Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

3. Reporting Automation

• •Automate recurring operational and executive reporting.
• •Reduce manual reporting effort through dashboarding and workflow automation.
• •Develop standardized reporting frameworks and performance metrics.

4. AI-Enabled Insights

• •Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• •Develop predictive and prescriptive insights to support commercial planning.
• •Enable self-service analytics and AI-driven decision support.

5. QBR / EBR Development

• •Own data, insights, and storylining for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• •Create executive-ready presentations and performance narratives.
• •Develop recommendations tied to business outcomes and strategic priorities.

6. Strategic Business Analysis

• •Conduct performance analysis across revenue, customers, products, and commercial programs.
• •Identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and business risks.
• •Deliver actionable recommendations to commercial leadership.
• •Support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
