Compensation & Benefits

• •Starting Wage: $32.00 – $40.00/hr (based on experience)
• •Weekly pay + potential quarterly performance bonus

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber at RLP, you will be a critical part of our plumbing team. You’ll work on large-scale commercial projects from rough-in to final installation and ensure our work is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems on construction projects
• •Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
• •Inspect work, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements
• •Ensure plumbing installations meet code, quality, and efficiency standards
• •Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
• •Coordinate effectively with the onsite foreman to keep schedules on track

What We’re Looking For

• •Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• •4–6+ years of commercial plumbing experience , on new construction projects
• •MedGas certification/endorsement is preferred
• •Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation techniques
• •Ability to work efficiently, solve problems on the job, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• •Professional communication and teamwork skills
• •Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices is a plus
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• •Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
