Who You Are:

• •You have 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management (this is a must).
• •You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
• •You understand how to manage crews, schedules, and budgets—while keeping quality and safety top of mind.
• •You're eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old , and have a valid driver’s license .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.
• •Direct daily field operations , including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.
• •Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
• •Drive growth through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling additional services.
• •Mentor and manage your team , including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• •Lead site audits and branch meetings , keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• •Champion safety , maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
