What You’ll Do

• •Work as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing commercial properties
• •Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning
• •Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials while keeping tools organized and maintained
• •Follow direction from Crew Leaders and help keep job sites clean, safe, and completed on time
• •Occasionally assist with landscape construction or enhancement projects
• •Take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces

What You Bring

• •1–2 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person)
• •Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers
• •Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• •Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• •Valid driver’s license is a plus

The Physical Side

This role requires physical stamina including frequent walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment. You’ll be active and working outdoors daily.
