What We're Looking For:

  • UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE.
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting, ideally covering both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience managing litigation and disputes, from complex matters through to smaller claims.
  • Some experience of company secretarial, corporate governance and entity management.
  • Experience advising on IP rights and trademarks.
  • A strong understanding of commercial and regulatory risk and the ability to balance legal considerations with business priorities.
  • Experience in a consumer-facing or international business is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to non-lawyers.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative and commercially focused approach, with the confidence to work independently and know when to escalate.
  • Familiarity with GDPR/data privacy is advantageous.
