We are looking for a smart, motivated, self-starter attorney to join our growing global legal team in the US where you’ll have an awesome opportunity to use your legal expertise to have a big impact on a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role

Advise, support and be a business partner to the company’s different departments such as sales, partners and procurement

Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide variety of commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, data processing addendums, business associate addendums, technology agreements, AI addendums, and partnership agreements, and ensure that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company’s interests, improve processes, and increase scalability

Manage agreements and business activities to comply with company policies and risk tolerance

Manage multiple deals and support colleagues in Israel and internationally, with sound business and legal judgment and a clear sense of company priorities

Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis

Collaborate with international legal counterparts and business teams to ensure consistent legal support across jurisdictions

Your Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate is a business-minded lawyer who is focused on execution, prepared to lead important company deals, collaborate with our Sales, Partners, Customer Success, and other teams within the company, and welcomes the dynamic environment that comes with a growing company. This role reports to the Head of the US Region Legal Counsel and will be located in our New York offices.

3-5+ years of commercial legal experience in a law firm or in-house company, with a particular focus on the technology sector and with privacy experience

Strong experience in drafting, negotiating and managing professional services agreements, software as a service agreements, business agreements, and intellectual property agreements

Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure

Team player with exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiating skills, keen analytical abilities, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, as well as a track record of success in handling complex business and legal issues in a fast-paced, agile and evolving technology-driven business environment

Collaborative, positive, business-friendly and service-minded

Self-reliant and able to prioritize workload

JD degree (or foreign equivalent), licensed to practice in New York or eligible for in house registration in New York

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $180,000-$230,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs. Full compensation details, including any applicable bonus or incentive plan, will be provided in the hiring process.
