Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• •Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative maintenance.
• •Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance
• •Liaise with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism.
• •Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities
• •Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines
• •Accurately log work hours, materials, and completion notes daily via a company-provided mobile device.
• •Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Qualifications

• •Experience: At least 3 years of professional maintenance experience preferred.
• •Technical Skills: Proficiency in general building repairs;
• •Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
• •Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
