In this role, you’ll bring those qualities to our Sky Bet Commercial function where you’ll play a key role in driving our Commercial Performance, maximizing customer/commercial activities and campaigns and identifying ways in which we can improve our strategy and output.

What you'll take on

Analysing performance on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis, developing plans to improve commercial performance

Produce, own and deliver the business brief for key events and campaigns, leading the commercial and marketing strategies/teams to ensure brand/commercial performance targets are hit

Fully understand what drives our key customer base, using market data and insight to unpick customer behaviours and ensure that all campaigns and marketing activities are engaging and measured effectively

Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure that our commercial marketing plans are aligned to business objectives

Develop and inspire your team. Manage and mentor direct reports, driving performance, development, and engagement while fostering a collaborative environment.

What you'll bring

Significant Marketing or Commercial experience, preferably with knowledge of Sports Betting and Racing

Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team

Have a commercial mindset, identifying and understanding key trends and patterns in the behaviour of customers

Be naturally collaborative and a confident communicator, able to form strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers

Motivated to learn about the latest developments and trends.
