What you should know about the job:

Our European New Business squad, based in Madrid, Spain, is looking for an empathetic, organized, and technical Onboarding Specialist to join Hotmart’s French Market Expansion Pod. As an Onboarder, you will serve as the trusted guide for newly signed French creators, ensuring seamless implementation of Hotmart’s platform, accelerating time-to-value (TTV), and securing early platform activation for long-term growth in France.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation & Fast Activation (French Market)

Onboarding Kick-offs: Lead post-sales implementation meetings with new creators entering the Hotmart ecosystem from the French market.

Technical Implementation: Guide creators step-by-step through platform setup, local checkout configuration, payment gateway integrations, and product uploads.

Accelerate Time-to-Value: Ensure fast activation so French creators can launch or migrate their digital businesses seamlessly.

Consultative Strategy & Technical Support

Strategy Alignment: Align platform settings with the creator’s specific sales funnel model (launches, evergreen courses, memberships).

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and clear technical or operational friction points during initial implementation.

Pod Collaboration & Process Improvement

Pod Alignment: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and SDRs within the French Pod to ensure customer continuity.

Product Insights: Collect feedback from French creators to provide localized platform enhancement insights to Product teams.

Metrics Tracking: Monitor key onboarding metrics (Time-to-First-Sale, Activation Rate) in Salesforce and internal BI dashboards.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS or Tech.

Location & Model: Based in Spain (Madrid office) with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).

Language Proficiency: Native or Bilingual fluency in French (C2) with advanced conversational English (B2+). Spanish is a plus.

Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating software platform configurations, APIs, integrations, and online payment methods.

Client Management: Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills with a client-centric mindset.

Compensation

Base Salary: €42,000 gross/year (14 payments: 12 monthly + summer bonus prorated + Christmas bonus)

Variable: Up to €21,600/year at 100% KPI achievement (60% of monthly base, paid monthly) · capped at 60% (no accelerator above 100%)

Meal Allowance: €2,640/year (net)

Recharge Bonus: ~€900/year

PLR (Profit & Results Sharing): ~€6,000/year (performance-based, not guaranteed)

Total Target Compensation (TTC): ~€73,140/year at 100% KPI (capped at ~€73,140/year — no accelerator above 100%)
