Keep global inventory moving. Find the difference. Solve the problem .

At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for an organized and detail-focused professional to join our Global Inventory Operations team.

In this role, you will help manage stock held across external warehouses in Europe, Asia, and the US. You will track shipments, reconcile stock records, process orders, and investigate differences between our systems and the information provided by our warehouse partners.

This is a structured, process-driven position for someone who enjoys working with data, following tasks through carefully, and finding the reason when something does not match. You do not need to arrive knowing every system or process. We will provide structured training and support as you learn.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Great benefits are a given. What truly defines us is how we work together.

  • Private healthcare, matched pension, and enhanced parental and family leave
  • “Moments that matter” paid time off, even for your pet’s birthday
  • Four Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion and belonging
  • Clear progression paths and benchmarked salaries
  • A strong commitment to sustainability
  • A collaborative culture that values every voice and celebrates different perspectives
  • Predominantly home-based working with flexibility around how you organise your day
  • A friendly and experienced team that will support you throughout your onboarding

And we live by our values every day:

  • Own It
  • Grow and Win
  • Dare to Go
  • Do the Right Thing

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just let us know.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inventory Reconciliation

  • Reconcile stock records across internal systems and external warehouse reports.
  • Check that stock received, held, and shipped by our warehouse partners matches our internal records.
  • Identify and investigate missing stock, incorrect quantities, and other discrepancies.
  • Follow daily operational controls and ensure that each required step is completed accurately.
  • Escalate issues when information cannot be reconciled or requires further investigation.

Orders and Shipments

  • Process sales orders using SAP and other internal systems.
  • Track shipments from suppliers to external warehouses.
  • Confirm that incoming stock has been received and recorded correctly.
  • Monitor stock movements when products are requested by OEM partners.
  • Work with internal account managers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to resolve operational issues.

Reporting and Process Support

  • Work with multiple Excel reports to compare information and identify differences.
  • Review reports created through automated processes and investigate exceptions.
  • Support the team in improving operational processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to a reliable global service across Europe, Asia, and the US.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised way of working.
  • Confidence working with numbers, Excel and different sources of information.
  • A problem-solving mindset and curiosity to investigate when something doesn’t match.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues and partners globally.
  • Clear English communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.

Helpful, but not essential:

  • Experience in inventory, sales operations, logistics, supply chain or order management.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
  • Knowledge of Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables.

You don’t need to know every system from day one. We’re looking for someone who is accurate, curious and willing to learn, and we’ll provide the training and support you need.
