Our team members are the ambassadors of our business. Due to sustained growth & internal promotion we are excited to be looking for a Commercial Product Director to join our senior leadership team.

Reporting into the CMO, as Commercial Product Director you will lead the overall commercial product strategy alongside the innovation, development & delivery of the organisation’s member experience portfolio across the UK & Europe. You will be accountable for creating, evolving, commercialising & scaling market leading products that bring the company vision to life & strengthen long term member engagement & commercial performance.

As the senior leader responsible for the full product lifecycle, you will provide strategic direction across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, Family, Longevity & any emerging product categories. You will ensure that product innovation & commercial execution work seamlessly to create differentiated member-centric experiences driving sustainable growth.

As Commercial Product Director you will have ownership & accountability of a critical percentage of the company’s secondary income revenue. You will act as a key strategic partner to the Executive Team, influencing the long-term direction of product proposition, product investment priorities, club evolution, digital integration, wellbeing innovation & commercial growth opportunities across all markets.

*This is a remote working position that would be suitable for someone residing in the UK or Europe. Some travel will be required*

About you:

Experience working in a similar, senior role for a large-scale operation
Background in multi-site, consumer, marketing, retail, leisure or service organisations
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence at senior levels
Strong understanding of product innovation, development & delivery
Experience developing commercial strategies in a complex, multi-site organisation
Proven ability to deliver commercial growth targets
