Requirements

What You’ll Do

• •Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of commercial office buildings
• •Coordinate and work closely with outside contractors and vendors
• •Ensure building systems and common areas are operating efficiently
• •Identify issues proactively and follow through to resolution
• •Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for tenants

• •Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred
