We have an exciting Rotational Program opportunity at our Farris facility in Brecksville, OH!

Location: Brecksville, OH

Salary: $25-$30 USD Hourly

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• •Two years, four six-month rotations, within a combination of Inside Sales, Project Sales, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, planning and logistics
• •Cross functional learning across Inside/Technical Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations
• •Networking between all Functions - Engineering, Sales, Channel Partners, Production, Supply Chain, Finance
• •Assignment of a peer mentor/ on-the-job coach
• •Develop relationships with our regional Channel Partners
• •End of rotation report-outs to leadership team
• •Final role placement within Inside Sales, Project Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline based on business needs along with team members’ interests.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• •Completed degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or related.
• •Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• •Understanding of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus
• •Experience in customer service role is a plus
• •Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
• •Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• •Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• •Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales departments.
