Description

We're seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects — interior build-outs, tenant improvements, and ground-up work. This role oversees metal stud framing, drywall, and related interior scopes from layout through final finish, managing subcontractor crews, production schedules, field personnel, inspections, and the general contractor relationship.

Who We Are

Rally Construction Group (RCG) is the construction division at the heart of the Rally family of companies, which spans healthcare; humanitarian and defense; residential, custom, and commercial construction; and transportation services. Grounded in our faith-forward approach, we are committed to stewardship, operational excellence, and meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We're not building an ordinary company — and we're not looking for ordinary leaders.

At our core, we believe great organizations are built by healthy, intentional, and high-character leaders. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's our competitive advantage. We invest deeply in you because we know that when our people grow, the company grows.

What You’ll Do

? Run day-to-day field operations on assigned commercial projects from mobilization through closeout

? Oversee metal stud framing, drywall hanging, and finishing crews — layout, framing, hanging, taping, and final finish

? Coordinate manpower and subcontractor crews across multiple active commercial jobsites

? Work from commercial plans, specs, and submittals, and verify fire-rated, acoustic, and shaft wall assemblies are built as designed

? Build and maintain look-ahead schedules and keep interior work sequenced with the other trades

? Conduct quality walkthroughs ahead of general contractor, architect, and municipal inspections

? Work with general contractors, project managers, and owners' representatives to resolve punch items and RFIs

? Track productivity, labor efficiency, and material use against budget

? Document field change orders and flag scope creep before it becomes a cost issue

? Train and mentor foremen and field supervisors

? Own jobsite safety — OSHA compliance, toolbox talks, and site conditions

What You Need

? 5+ years in commercial construction with hands-on metal stud framing and drywall experience

? Previous superintendent or field management experience on commercial projects

? Strong knowledge of metal framing and drywall quality standards, including fire-rated, acoustic, and shaft wall assemblies

? Able to read commercial plans, specs, and submittals and work to UL assembly requirements

? Experience coordinating with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades on active commercial sites

? Ability to manage multiple projects at once and re-sequence work as conditions change

? Comfortable with scheduling tools, construction management software, and daily field reporting

? Excellent leadership skills — can hold crews and subs accountable while keeping the job moving

? Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between jobsites

? Preferred but not required: OSHA 30; tenant improvement and ground-up commercial experience; bilingual English/Spanish

Benefits with RallyX, the management platform for RCG, include:

? Competitive Pay

? Insurance—Health, Dental, Vision for Full-Time employees

? 401k plan with matching investment

? Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
