Requirements

• •Must have experience as a Truck Service Advisor
• •Strong leadership and communication skills
• •Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• •Ability to multitask and accomplish tasks, despite interruptions
• •Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
• •Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• •Proven track record of dependability

Responsibilities

• •Provide service information and recommendations to customers
• •Maintain dealership quality standards
• •Schedule appointments
• •Sell service, labor, and products
• •Accurately document repair orders with customer’s concern, cause, and correction
• •Conduct post-repair follow-up
• •Resolve customer complaints
• •Superior customer service
• •Assist the Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service department
• •Maintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity, based on dealership policies and technician skill levels
• •Provide support to other service advisors and technicians
