How you’ll make an impact

• •Supervise and guide a team of Commissioning Engineers, providing technical expertise, coaching, and performance management
• •Develop, review, and approve detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with project requirements and safety standards
• •Oversee all commissioning phases, including pre-commissioning checks, functional testing, and performance verification
• •Work closely with project management, engineering, tender/sales teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution
• •Identify and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning, implementing corrective actions and optimizing system performance
• •Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet deadlines and budget targets
• •Uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations throughout the process

Your background

• •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
• •Minimum 6 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or operations in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
• •At least 3 years in a leadership role managing commissioning teams
• •Proven ability to develop and implement commissioning strategies and procedures
• •Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
