Familiarity with electrical testing, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting procedures.
Experience with software installation, uploading approved software, or basic equipment configuration preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment or system issues.
Ability to follow established commissioning procedures, work instructions, and testing checklists.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new commissioning procedures, software tools, and testing processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must be available to work 1st shift, currently scheduled Monday through Thursday (6am - 4:30pm)
Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Fridays, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support production requirements.
