  • Im Rahmen unseres globalen Wachstums suchen wir nach tatkräftiger Unterstützung als Communications Specialist (m/w/d) für unser in München ansässiges Marketingteam.
  • In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du in unserem Headquarter in München vor Ort und berichtest direkt an die Teamleitung.
  • An der Schnittstelle von Strategie und Umsetzung stellst du sicher, dass Kampagnen effizient, einheitlich und in hoher Qualität regionenübergreifend umgesetzt werden.
  • Du koordinierst und setzt nicht nur Kommunikationsmaßnahmen um, sondern pflegst auch den aktiven Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Diese Position erfordert eine strukturierte, von Hands-On Mentaität geprägte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, internationalen Umfeld den Kontakt zu zahlreichen Stakeholdern, insbesondere auch zu unserm C-Level hin, zu managen.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:

Planung und Durchführung von Kommunikationskampagnen (z. B. Produkteinführungen, Partnerschaften, Employer Branding)

Medienkommunikation sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Agenturen

Umsetzung strategischer Prioritäten in konkrete Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Koordination von Kommunikationsaktivitäten über globale Märkte hinweg

Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Botschaft und Abstimmung zwischen Märkten und Kanälen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z. B. Marketing, Engineering) zur Abstimmung von Kommunikationsinitiativen

Planung, Koordination und aktive Steuerung von Social Media Aktivitäten über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg (insbesondere LinkedIn, Website, YouTube)

Verantwortung für den Redaktionskalender und die Verbreitung von Inhalten

Nachverfolgung und Auswertung der Kampagnenleistung

Passend zum Profil:

Min. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Kampagnenmanagement o.ä.

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (C-Level), sowie mit externen Partnern oder Agenturen

Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

Fundierte Erfahrung im Social Media Management und in der Umsetzung

Gutes Verständnis von LinkedIn und anderen professionellen digitalen Kanälen im globalen Kontext

Verfügbarkeit und Bereitschaft 4 Tage/ Woche in unserem HQ zu arbeiten

Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen und Prioritäten parallel zu bearbeiten

Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer proaktiven und teamorientierten Einstellung

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse:

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools und KI-gesteuerten Arbeitsabläufen zur Steigerung der Effizienz, zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Verbesserung der Kampagnenumsetzung
