Anu Family Services is seeking a strengths-focused Community Programs Clinical Supervisor to guide and develop direct service staff in the Parent Coaching Program while also providing excellent, in-home or community-based service for clients. Based on program needs, this role may also support staff in other community programs and provide clinical supervision to team members pursuing licensure. Working collaboratively with Anu’s leadership team, the supervisor will cultivate an inclusive workplace, advance high-quality services, and build strong partnerships with county agencies.

Anu provides paid training toward certification as a Parent Coach in the Present Moment Parenting Model. The supervisor will lead a team serving communities throughout Wisconsin and coordinate expectations across multiple county contracts.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in child welfare, behavioral health, or a related field, including progressively responsible supervisor or leadership experience
Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Meets applicable Wisconsin requirements for clinical and licensure supervision under Wisconsin DHS 36, MPSW 12.02, and Chapter 457
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience
Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming
