Promote recovery, independence, wellbeing, and harm reduction through evidence-based interventions.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and organisational policies.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
An understanding of drug and alcohol misuse, recovery, and wider health-related issues.
Experience working with adults within addiction services, housing, social care, mental health, criminal justice, or similar settings.
The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication, organisational, and case management skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and person-centred approaches.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams.
A genuine passion for empowering people to achieve positive outcomes and sustain lasting recovery.
