C.H. Robinson is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen our U.S. Customs compliance programs, reduce organizational risk, and support consistent performance across our brokerage network. In this role, you will conduct compliance audits, manage post-entry activities, monitor evolving trade regulations, and turn findings into practical guidance for internal teams and customers. You will also deliver training and partner with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues, maintain accurate records, and develop solutions to complex customs challenges. Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct customs compliance audits and partner with branch teams to maintain strong compliance performance across internal, customer, and regulatory programs
- Manage post-entry activities, including entry cancellations, post-summary corrections, and other customs-related updates
- Support customers with responses to U.S. Customs requests, inquiries, resolutions, and compliance documentation
- Serve as a key point of contact for Customs and Participating Government Agency (PGA) communications
- Advise brokerage teams on responding to customer, regulatory, and government inquiries while ensuring compliance with trade requirements
- Administer continuous bond applications, renewals, invoicing, and related customer documentation
- Maintain client Powers of Attorney and ensure accurate, compliant records management
- Monitor and analyze compliance reports, filters, and Automated Broker Interface (ABI) data to identify and address potential issues
- Oversee Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) statements and support clients participating in Periodic Monthly Statement (PMS) programs
- Deliver compliance training, provide consultative trade guidance, and identify opportunities to support customers with customs and trade policy solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import compliance or customs brokerage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive Knowledge of U.S. Customs entry processes and partner government agency regulations
- Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- High level of attention to detail
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or CCS Certified Customs Specialist preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. import regulations on ocean, road, and air transportation documentation requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (PivotTables,VLOOKUP), and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and technology platforms
- Ability to work and communicate across the branch network

Compensation Range
$45,300.00 - $95,600.00
The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
