- About the role:
- We are looking for a Compliance Intern to join our Global Legal & Compliance team at our Headquarters in Milan.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance within a regulated Pharma / MedTech environment, with exposure to anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and emerging AI regulations
- What you will do:
As part of the Compliance team, you will:
- Support compliance activities in line with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes and internal Global Policies, Guidelines, and SOPs.
- Support monitoring developments in Italian and EU healthcare legislation, including data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
- Support compliance communication and training programs for employees and third parties, including tracking completion of mandatory training.
- Assist with compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal controls.
- Collect compliance-related data and support reporting and documentation activities.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in compliance and regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, MedTech).
- Basic knowledge or academic background in anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI regulation.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, international environment.
