Compliance Manager, Defined Contribution - India

Roles & Responsibility:

• •Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.
• •Expert knowledge of compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K and administration.
• •Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.
• •Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.
• •Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.
• •High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• •Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
• •Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
• •Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills

Education and S kill Requirement:

• •Proven Project Management Skills
• •Coordinate the successful training and instruction of new associates
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, ask right questions, and seek help when appropriates
• •Flexibility in work culture (Example – She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
