  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Security & Safety Teams
  • Verantwortung für alle Security- und Safety-Themen in Österreich
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse von Vorfällen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Audits sowie Begleitung relevanter Zertifizierungen
  • Beratung des Managements in allen Fragen rund um Security, Safety und Risikomanagement
  • Leitung von Projekten und Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards
  • Das bringt du mit
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Security, Safety, Compliance, Risk Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und im Stakeholder-Management
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

  • Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 60.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß KV Spedition & Logistik. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.

Zusätzlich profitierst du von einem jährlichen Orientation Bonus gemäß den geltenden Unternehmensrichtlinien.
