This is an exciting opportunity where, as a Compliance Specialist and a member of EMEA Transactional Risk Assurance Team you will be the primary support for all operational compliance matters for EMEA countries working with different compliance systems, performing compliance data analytics. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the internal and external regulations and procedures including the Medtronic Code of Conduct, the Business Conduct standards and the applicable laws when reviewing requisitions and doing country self-assessment.

This position imposes hybrid working model (home and office-based), stable working hours, no or minimal travel is required for the position. This position will be located in CEE but will include compliance support for any EMEA country.

Primary Responsibilities

• •Reviewing ONIT requisitions on sponsorships, donations, clinicals and other activities with healthcare professionals and/or healthcare organisations and/or professional congress organizers
• •Working in ONIT, CVENT, Smartsheet and other compliance systems, including data analytics
• •Performing country self-assessment of the ONIT/CVENT requisitions for any EMEA country
• •Demonstrating ability to identify key risks and the related controls with operating unit processes and design control test steps to address key risks.
• •Assisting in creation of periodic metrics, dashboards, and reporting of monitoring results as needed.

Required Qualifications

• •Compliance experience of at least 1 year and more
• •Profound analytical skills
• •Attention to details and accuracy
• •Knowledge of English and at least one of other EMEA country languages is a must
• •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
• •Good communication skills and proactive attitude towards stakeholders

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Czechia: 652,000.00 CZK - 978,000.00 CZK | Slovakia: 24,800.00 EUR - 37,200.00 EUR |

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework. ‌

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
