Compliance-Team im Regional Shared Service Center suchen wir dich als
C ompliance Specialist, Trade Compliance DACH (m/w/d) für unseren
Standort in Meerbusch. Deine Tätigkeiten Bearbeitung und Freigabe von
Sendungen mit kritischen Gütern und kritischer Endverwendung
Screening und Compliance Trefferbearbeitung Waffen- und
Rüstungstransporte Bearbeitung von Embargo-Anfragen Einhaltung von
Internationalen Vorschriften, EU-Vorgaben, Bestimmungen der lokalen
Behörden (z.B. BAFA) und internen Vorgaben Bearbeitung der operativen
Anfragen aller Niederlassungen und Stakeholder Unterstützung im
Tender Management Auswertung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und
Durchführung von Maßnahmen Self-Assessment (KPI-Daten) Entwicklung
und Durchführung des Schulungskonzepts (Frontalschulungen & Webinare)
Erstellen, aktualisieren und kommunizieren von
Mitarbeiterinformationen und Arbeitsanweisungen Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und
Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Sehr gute
Kenntnisse im Bereich der Exportkontrolle Gute analytische
Fähigkeiten sowie problemlösungsorientiertes Denken
Kommunikationsstärke sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung Sicherer
Umgang mit MS Office (besonders in Excel) Fließende
Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
