Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will act as the frontline face of our onsite technical support, handling hardware installations, network troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Providing onsite support, including hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• •Repairing printer equipment at customer sites within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• •Executing system installs, moves, adds, and changes on computer hardware and software components, while testing and inspecting units for quality assurance.
• •Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with the customer about important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion.
• •Prioritizing and reviewing work orders to schedule daily work.
• •Developing a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures.
• •Performing inventory management.
• •Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• •CompTIA A+, Cisco, and HP certifications are highly preferred.
• •Ability to travel when required.
• •At least 1 year in field service support role supporting a diverse range of hardware and networking equipment preferred.
• •Flexibility to work varying shifts depending on client support demands, along with regular, reliable attendance.
• •A strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a professional, customer-first presence.
• •Ability to work efficiently within a team.
• •Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 lbs., climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights ranging from 3 to 40 feet.
• •A valid driver's license and an exceptional driving record, as you will operate a company vehicle for field deliveries.
• •Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
