Manejar la caja (recibo de dinero, cobro, devolución de dinero o cobro por baucher de aerolinea y de empleado, arqueo de caja, llenado de formulario con el detalle y desglose de dinero, cierre)
Notificar a su Supervisor / Gerente, recomendar y comunicar las oportunidades concernientes a las situaciones.
Preparar el alimento según la proyección de las ventas y el nivel de negocios que se encuentre
Ejecutar la preparación designada en las estaciones establecidas
Cumplir los procedimientos y politicas relativas al cierre diario de tienda
Limpiar la cocina, ordenar los productos, apagar los equipos
mantener los productos con su debida fechas de caducidad
Realizar poceso de rotación de los productos
Mantener la limpieza constante en su área de trabajo
Mantener el fondo fijo y el desgloce por tipo de moneda necesarios para la operación diaria.
