Your main priorities are:

• •Providing accurate information about the community’s amenities and services
• •Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community
• •Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested
• •Booking transportation for residents when requested
• •Providing top notch customer service for our residents
• •Helping to coordinate special events
• •Obtaining details regarding special requests from residents and communicating request to appropriate managers
• •Representing the Scully brand with your can-do, problem solving attitude when resident issues arise.

Requirements

• •First class customer service skills – you will be the first face residents see when they walk through the door
• •A knack for sales
• •A master of time management
• •Strong communication and organizational skills
• •Polished professional appearance
• •Associates degree or equivalent experience
