MSS Security is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site in the Perth CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions, and working in a professional corporate environment.

About the Role

As the Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• •Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
• •Managing visitor access and sign-in procedures
• •Assisting with enquiries and directing guests
• •Monitoring the lobby and common areas
• •Providing administrative and customer support as required
• •Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •A strong customer service background
• •Professional presentation and attention to detail
• •The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• •Current WA Security Licence (or ability to obtain)
• •Full Australian working rights
