As a Finisher at our Waukesha location, you will:

• •Be aware of and follow all safety policies
• •Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
• •Maintain site organization and clean-up
• •Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ft
• •Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1000 sq ft
• •Complete exterior edging and hard trowel finishing on front stoops as needed
• •Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets

Requirements

Requirements:

• •Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
• •Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
• •Willing and able to drive own vehicle to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of our Milwaukee shop
• •At least 6 months of prior experience in hard trowel concrete finishing
• •Ability to work outside in all conditions
• •Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly
