Concrete Foreman

As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects while helping build the structures that keep businesses and communities growing.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise concrete crews on a variety of construction projects

Plan daily work activities to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule

Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed correctly

Train, mentor, and develop crew members

Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower

Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity

Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and customers to ensure project success

Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of concrete construction experience

Foreman, Leadman, or crew leadership experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to motivate and lead a team

Valid driver's license required
