Description

Being part of Cru means you get paid to work outside (yes, even when your friends are stuck in an office, wondering what the sun looks like). You’ll stay busy year-round, head home to your own bed every night, and avoid becoming “that person” who only sees daylight on weekends.

It also means you’re with a solid, stable company where you can level up your skills, grow your career, and actually move up—no waiting 10 years for a promotion that comes with a slightly nicer chair.

As a Multi-Family Home Wall Foreman at our Dane location, you will:

  • Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets.
  • Assign tasks to crew members.
  • Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure the work truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment.
  • Vehicle mechanical and safety inspection checklists must be complete before starting the day.
  • Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials.
  • Lay out forms, height, pitch, etc.
  • Ensure job-site conditions for safety and job quality and notify your Project Manager of any changes or issues.
  • Leave the jobsite clean and orderly upon completion of work.
  • Company tools and equipment must be kept clean and in working condition.
  • Review and check all timecards, complete all required internal reporting documents
  • Complete final quality review of all job sites.
  • Attend required foreman and safety meetings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned
